It reads the streams you already keep — Hikvision, Dahua, Reolink, ONVIF, and a lot of older DVRs. No new cameras. No truck for a new system.

Email, SMS, or WhatsApp. One sentence, one frame, a timestamp. You keep the NVR for the full clip if you need it.

Does this replace the NVR?+
No. The recorder stays in charge of recording. Camtell only watches the streams and sends a still when a condition hits.
What do I actually install?+
A small box next to the recorder. It talks RTSP to the kit you already have. If a channel is odd, we can take a stream link.
Are you identifying people?+
No. No faces, no IDs. Headcounts and scene changes only. The box does the work on site; we do not pipe the floor to a cloud dashboard all day.
Where does the note go?+
Email, SMS, or WhatsApp — you pick per condition. The still is the proof. The NVR still has the clip if you need more.
We have more than one location.+
Same box, same product. Several sites is a custom rate, usually 20–30% less per location once the first one is live.
